Hello, my name is Cuong Phan. I'm living in Houston, Texas, United States. I have fallen in love with computer since I was little and I have pursued the study of Computer Science at the University of Houston, a Tier One Research University As any other enthusiastic developer, I'm trying to advance my coding knowledge everyday. I have learned and experienced many programming languages and platforms.

Projects

Game Development

I have built some game projects on desktop and mobile platforms On desktop, I built a C++ Space Typer game to enable users to practice typing with external libraries such as SFML (Simple and Fast Multimedia Library).
On mobile iOs platform, I built a dragon fire game using Swift in which players can touch to move the dragon to avoid obstances and kill the enemeies.

Web-App Development

I have built an Angular Web API ASP NET MVC project which is a demo of a social platform Users can register to create accounts and login, edit profile pages, upload photos, add friends, likes, and send direct private messages to other users in the social media network.
I have been currently working on a social media music platform called Invictus with a group of six senior computer science students at University of Houston to help musicians and artists share their creation.

A.I and Machine Learning

As an enthusiastic developer, I am always willing to learn new technology. I think that new technology such as artificial intelligence and machine learning will play a vital role in the future. I have recented worked on an individual project to create a chat bot that automatically replies and provides knowledgeable real-time answers when user enters random questions.
I have also joined a research at University of Houston about data science and machine learning with the goal of building a academic recommendation system for the school students
